In accordance with bid documents, provide all prevailing wage labor, materials, equipment, transportation necessary to slurry seal and restripe SMC parking Lot 1 and Lot 5, and SMC PAC parking lot. Provide COMPACT stenciling and arrow striping as indicated. Provide & install accessible parking signs as indicated. Bid documents will be available prior to or at mandatory job walk. -Bid must be submitted via Planetbids by SMC registered contractor authorized to do business in California. Allow ample time for upload of all required documents in Planetbids; no other bid submission method is accepted. PlanetBids Vendor Guide is attached for reference. -Questions must be submitted only via Planetbids and before the due date & time. -Bidder (including sub contractor, if any) must hold valid designated CSLB license and be registered with CA Dept of Industrial Relations. Workers Comp and Liability Insurance with additional insured endorsement required of awarded contractor. -Bid amount on line items detail tab must match amount on bid proposal form. -If submitting a certified or cashier's check as bid security in lieu of a bid bond, it must be received in the Procurement Office, in a sealed envelope, prior to the bid due date and time (upload copy with bid submittal). -SMC reserves the right to waive any irregularities, award in whole or in part, or cancel this IFB.
