The U.S. Government Printing Office(GPO) has a requirement for Parser Development and Testing and Fast Development for 40 Remaining Collections and Application Interface for Test Collections and Enhancements. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Search Technologies. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All parties interested may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
