The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers,  Long Range Enforcement  Class, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Lifestream Watersystems Inc for the following supplies:

Lifestream Watersystems Inc. is the OEM for this item. The original manufacturer of the referenced items and maintains the proprietary rights, which makes them the sole source.  The OEM has limited the availability of proprietary information.

Required Delivery Date: December 23^rd for all parts

 This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC Waesche.  Vendor will provide all the parts listed above.  NAICS Code # 333923 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST Dec 07 2016 will be reviewed by the Government.   A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
