Notice of Intent:

This a notice of intent that the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC), 10 Center Drive, Building 10, Room B1N238, Bethesda, Maryland 20892 intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to CareFusion Infusion, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130 for replacement parts for the Alaris Pumps, Models 8000 and 8100 pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c) (1)--Only one responsible source and no other company will satisfy agency requirements.

The NAICS Code is 425430.

This will be a firm fix price purchase order.

This requirement is for replacement parts for the Alaris Infusion Pump 8000 and 8100.

 This is not a Request for Quote. Sources interested in this requirement must provide a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met. Response must be in writing and must be received by the closing date of this notice and sent to Deborah Culpepper, [email protected].  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
