The Government intends to award three contract line item numbers for Microsemi Amplifiers and Heat Sink. See attached listing for complete requirement listing. Please provide a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL quote for the CLINs listed. If an "or equal" quote is submitted, the quote will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility and verification. ANY OFFEROR PROVIDING AN "OR EQUAL" PRODUCT SHALL DESCRIBE THOROUGHLY HOW THEIR PRODUCT MEETS ALL THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS LISTED.
