Special Notice for Sole Source Award for Pathology Specimen Testing Services
Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-16-T-0088 to Pathology Consultants Inc., in the amount of $90,000.00, for a Base Year and 1 Option Years to provide test results for the Department of Pathology at Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), FT Wainwright AK. Tests must be processed in a fully accredited laboratory with the certification of the College of American Pathologist (CAP) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals, with the remote location of Anchorage Alaska, results must be received within 24-48 hours. This testing facility is within the geographic location of Bassett Army Community Hospital.
This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment within the above geographic region as indicated can provide supporting documentation demonstrating their product/service capability and specifications.
