The work to be performed consist, in general, of reconstructing the existing pavement to depths of 0.50 feet from Station 71+85 to Station 78+78 and 0.35 feet from Station 78+78 to the East Limits of Construction where East 19th, Street and East Truxtun Avenue converge; adjusting survey monuments; adjusting manholes; and installing Type "A" Hot Mix Asphalt, Traffic Stripes, Pavement Markings along the entire length of the project, and installing Type "D" Detector Loops and Type "E" Detector Loops on Truxtun Avenue for the eastbound and westbound movements at Baker Street, and the eastbound movements where East 19th Street and East Truxtun Avenue converge.
