The project is a pavement preservation project using a treatment known as pavement rejuvenation. As part of this project, all streets paved within Units 31, 32, 41, 42 and Eldron Boulevard will be rejuvenated. The rejuvenation will be applied using spraying operation to treat the pavement surface within a short period to allow the roadway to be open for traffic. The rejuvenation shall be plant-based or petroleum-based (maltenes) product application to preserve the asphalt pavement.
