A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted 19 August 2016 at 3:00 PM MDT (see attached solicitation number FA4897-16-B-0008).

The maximum programmed amount (total combined price of all task orders issued to Awardee) is $4,900,000.00. The guaranteed contract minimum of the contract is $10,000.00. The period of performance is for a twelve (12) month base period and four twelve (12) month option periods. This requirement will be full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, which has a small business size standard of $36.5M.

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract. Registration requires applicants to have a Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4). Registration may take up to three (3) weeks to process. It is recommended to register immediately in order to be eligible for award. The FAR requires the use of the System for Award Management (SAM) in Federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission process. All prospective contractors submitting an offer in response to the subject solicitation must go to https://www.sam.gov/ to add or update records in SAM.
