The City is seeking a pay by cellphone service provider for payment of on-street parking meter fees for its customers. The service provider shall provide all equipment, supervision, labor, facilities, tools, software, applications, secure internet access website for customers, hosting services, real-time credit card payment processing, customer instructional signage/stickers and other services necessary for the provision of the pay by cellphone services.
