RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is an opportunity that is available only to National Government Services (NGS) the current holder of a contract (HHSM-500-2010-00028C) supporting the incentive payments being made to Medicare hospitals to comply with the requirements set forth in the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) that includes the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act). This is to promote the meaningful use of certified electronic health record (EHR) technology. The contract was competitively awarded in 2010 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

The purpose of this modification is to provide additional funds necessary for the contractor to increase the number of reports provided to the CMS Office of Information Services. This item is identified as CLIN 0006.
