The Contracting Activity for USPFO Washington intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for PORTABLE CHEMICAL LATRINE (PCL), HAND WASH STATION (HWS), GRAY WATER COLLECTION TANKS. The applicable NAICS codes for this requirement is 562119. This intended contract action will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures accordance under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 (a) (2) (i), Full and open competition need not be provided for when: A statute expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specified source. The period of performance for this contract will be 12 months with four options of 12 months each. The total estimated value is $500,000.00

Any interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement. Respondents shall not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice. Respondents shall also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice.

This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
