MODIFICATION OF DUE DATES

RECOVERY ACT - The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to purchase a PEA POD cart, integrated computer, monitor & printer; integrated digital scale: volume phantom & calibration weights; on-site installation & training one year factory warranty. All responsible businesses that are capable of providing the Government with the items that are listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that Request for Quotation (RFQ) NIH-DK-09-0095 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (7) days after the release of the RFQ. Quotations must be submitted in writing and may be faxed (301-480-8501) or emailed to ([email protected] ). Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Library of Medicine, Office of Acquisitions, NIDDK Acquisitions Branch 4, 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 770, Bethesda, MD 20892 Attention: V. Lynn Griffin. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address.
