1. Who is currently providing these services (company name, contract number)? There is No incumbent, we've made micro-purchases via the Federal UNICOR program, but feel we need a more flexible and effective way to meet our promotional material needs.

7. Can you provide Part Numbers, Unit Pricing and Quantities for the last time these items were procured? The requested volume in the sample order is representative of our quarterly demand for these products.

8. Will there be, or can there be established, a set minimum of quantities for each item per order ? (This affects the cost of shipping) Bids can set minimum order limits of 1,000 items, for every item except the t-shirts.

9. Will each of the items be ordered in the quantities specified in the Sample Call Order Pricing Template? TBD. The sample order represents the estimated size and items anticipate for a typical order. .Any given order would be for at least $10,000 worth of items.

10. What is the need by date in days ARO? Once an order is finalized, i.e. the total number of items are set and designs are approved by the COR, delivery should occur no longer that 45 days from the time of order. Vendors are welcome to propose a shorter standard turnaround time to make their quote more competitive.

11. I do not see that FAR 52.225-1 (Buy American Act) is called out. I would like to confirm that the Items do not have to comply with the BAA. We do want them BAA compliant. Please note, the updated solicitation will specify that it incorporates the Buy American Act (BAA) per FAR 52.225-1 (Buy American Act) .

12. Would it be possible to obtain a vector file or large format of the Peace Corps logo to upload for example images? See attached PC logo file attached

13. Product Samples: I'm assuming this means pre-production samples, not blank or random samples? Yes, pre-production samples

14. Are the specifics of the imprint on each item static? That is, the logo for each item is established at the beginning of the program and cannot be changed without changes to our Fixed-firm pricing. Yes, the logo is firm but the imprint might be different depending on the item. For example, the notebook might only have the logo and the Peace Corps name but another item might include the logo, name and the website information.

15. Will we get logo detail (number of colors) before each submission? Yes

16. Under 3.2.1.a it is mentioned that the contractor must have an operational online website by the time this solicitation closes. Do webstores that we do for other identities that can be re-branded quickly satisfy this requirement? What you stated is fine
