The City of Plano is soliciting bids for maintenance of the Clubhouse grounds and natural vegetation (low maintenance) areas on Pecan Hollow Golf Course. Questions must be submitted electronically through IonWave at https://planotx.ionwave.net. No questions will be answered over the phone or through email. Responses may be submitted electronically through IonWave or a sealed paper response. Paper responses are to be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Purchasing Department at: City of Plano Purchasing Department 1520 K Avenue, Suite 370 Plano, TX 75074 Potential offerors must attend one of two scheduled, mandatory site visits for this project. All responses are due prior to the published closing date and time. No late responses will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Manager. If mailed or delivered in person, write the bid number on the outside of the envelope. Time Critical Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any bids/proposals sent Priority Mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time. It is recommended that critical bid/proposal deliveries be made either in person or via an alternate delivery method.
