The Hawaii Department of Health, Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development (OPPPD) is requesting proposals from qualified community-based, non-profit organizations in Hawaii (CONTRACTOR) to implement a demonstration project to determine if providing maternal/infant-focused peer support services (PS) for pregnant and parenting women (PPW) with substance use disorder (SUD) can improve outcomes and reduce involvement with Child Welfare Services (CWS).
