This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for a "one year contract with four one year options, to supply Tinker AFB with up to 240 each, 55 gallon drums of Penetone 112A a year" as a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

No quotes can be accepted until the Solicitation has been posted.

 Orderd drums of Penetone 112A/Penair to be delivered to the government with at least 85% of its shelf life remaining.  Line Item Number 0001 represents items that may be acquired in the basic contract year.  Line Item Number 1001 represents items that may be acquird in contract year two, Option Year 1, (if exercised).  Line Item Number 2001 represents items that may be acquired in contract year three, Option Year II, (if exercised). Line Item Number 3001 represents items that may be acquired in contract year four, Option Year III, (if exercised).  Line Item Number 4001 represents items that may be acquired in contract year five, Option Year IV (if exercised). There is no funding assigned to the Basic Contract document.  Orders to the Basic Contrat will be placed with fully funded Delivery Orders.  The below Min/Max represent the Minimum order as referenced in clause 52.2116-22.  The Maximum quantity assigned to each CLIN may vary, but will not exceed 240.
