Quantities to be ordered on delivery orders is pursuant to the demand for the product at the time the delivery orders are to be issued. There are two different models of penetrometers which are used by inspectors in the field in performing pressure testing on various fruits and vegetables in order to determine ripeness. Accuracy verification-if unit is within acceptable tolerances a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Calibration Certificate will be issued.
