Sealed bids for the Electrical Generator will be received by Yates County Clerk of the Legislature (Attn: Emilee Miller), at 417 Liberty Street, Penn Yan, New York 14527 on March 23, 3033 at 3:00 PM local time, at which time and place all bids shall be publicly opened at read aloud. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "Sealed Bid: Electrical Generator, at Penn Yan - Yates County Airport." The Base Bid project generally consists of furnishing and installing a 38 to 40 KW, natural gas fired electrical generator on a new concrete pad with automatic transfer switch, required connections, inspections and incidental to provide a fully automatic backup electrical generator.
