Maintenance renewal includes: access to Oracle's support professionals in 16 different support hubs, full access to all upgrades, updates, bug fixes, tax, and regulatory changes, full access to My Oracle Support, an exclusive and secure Web portal providing support, through our paid maintenance upgrades to next releases/versions without any additional charge, access to Oracle's Knowledge Base Library which contains over 400,000 support solutions, access to Oracle's source code for all product lines to create fixes/resolve issues, and assurance that necessary patches are provided in a timely manner as to not leave NGA/ASU vulnerable or impact security.
