INVITATION TO BID The City of Perryville, MO will be accepting bid proposals for Interior Improvements at Perry Park Center, Perryville, MO until January 12, 2023, 11:00am CST. Sealed bid proposals shall be delivered to the offices of the Perryville City Hall, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775. Proposals shall be labeled as follows: BID PROPOSAL: INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS PERRY PARK CENTER A public bid opening will be held promptly at 11:00am, CST, January 12, 2023, at the Perryville City Hall, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am, CST, January 5, 2023 at the Perry Park Center, 800 City Park Drive, Perryville, MO. Bidding Contractors are encouraged to attend. Electronic Bid Documents (Plans and Project Manual) will be available free of charge on December 22, 2022, through the online plan room of the Architect at www.dillepollard.com; or by contacting Michael Pollard (573-778-0033 or [email protected]). Printed copies will be available with notice upon request for a non-refundable fee to Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each set of Bid Documents. Checks are to be made payable to the Architect. Plans may be shipped for a non-refundable charge of $15.00. All addenda will be issued to all plan holders that have obtained their access of documents through the office of the Architect. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify if any addenda has been issued. To be considered, bids must be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in the Project Manual. Each bidder must submit a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of (5%) five percent of their bid amount. The selected General Contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Surety Bonds for the full amount of the Contract and shall include this cost in their bid. The City of Perryville, MO is a Tax-Exempt Agency; sales tax shall not be included in any bid. All bids must be on a lump sum basis for each section of work; segregated bids will not be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of (60) sixty days after the bid date. The Owner will evaluate bids based on the best interest of the OWNER and will award the project to the lowest and best qualified bidder. The Owner maintains the right to approve any and all sub-contractors and reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. Attention is called to the provision for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the Missouri State Wage Rates as set forth in the Bid Package if bid exceeds $75,000.
