NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - Air Force Materiel Command (773rd ESS/PKA), San Antonio TX intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with McKesson Technologies Inc., DBA RelayHealth, located at 6475 Christie Ave. Ste. 500, Emeryville, CA in accordance with Justification and Approval Authority: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, FAR 6.302-1, and 10 USC 2304(g)(1)(B)). This sole source award is to integrate Personal Health Record (PHR) information contained in the Integrated Clinical Database/Consolidated Occupational Health Operational Risk Tracking (ICDB/COHORT) with RelayHealth PHR and to maintain interoperability after integration. Integration of the PHR will occur at 30 medical treatment facilities (MTFs). All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
