Amendment 05 - The purpose of this amendment is to add questions and answers from 30 Aug 12.

Amendment 04 - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:
1)  Add questions and answers from the 22 Aug 12 site visit titled "Site Visit Q & A 22 Aug 12".
2)  Update the combined synopsis/solicitation to add the option to quote on sign holder sets as described in the site visit questions and answers.  The most current solicitation is titled "FA5587-12-T-0022 Amendment 04". 

Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:
1)  Change the delivery/installation after contract award from 30 days to 45 days.  This change is reflected in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation titled "FA5587-12-T-0022 Amendment 03", Paragraph VII.
2)  Add questions and answers that are attached and titled "Signage QA v3".
3)  Add design drawings of the storage bins that are attached and titled "Attachment 2".

Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:
1)  Add a site visit on 22 August 2012 at 1300.  Please see page 6 of the combined synoposis/solicitation for more details. 
2)  Add specifications to the signpost holes of a minimum diameter of 8inches to the Statement of Work (SOW), page 3, item 1.  It should now read, "1. The Contractor shall drill holes to a depth of 4 feet and at least 8 inches in diameter using an auger or similar."
