The City of Palm Bay is requesting quotes for monthly Pest Control Services. There are fifty-three (53) locations requiring pest control treatment. This contract will be divided into two major services areas: City Facilities and Utility Services Locations. Thirteen (13) of these facilities fall under the Utility Services Facilities and the remainder fall under City Facilities. Billing will be separate. The Contractor shall be responsible for full treatment pest control service including inspection and treatment for rats & mice; cockroaches, all types of ants, moths, flies, fleas, lice, ticks, spiders, mites, wasps, silverfish, bees, and any other pest (all locations) not specifically excluded from the Agreement. Rat and mouse infestations located in burrows in the ground adjacent to the building are included. The service shall include treatment of at least six (6) feet from the exterior walls. If required, the Contractor will respond to site within 24 hours after notification to correct pest control problems.
