GENERAL: The following bid specifications describe pest control services or equivalent to be provided for City facilities. All specifications shall be considered as minimum. You will be responsible for spraying for all bugs, insects, spiders, ants, roaches, etc. – once a month -- inside and along the outside of the buildings listed below. Spraying shall consist of spraying all accessible corners, baseboards, and under desks, inside structures and the entire building perimeter outside of structures.
