This is a notice of intent that the 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will require the Offeror to provide, satellite TV service in support of Peterson SFB, CO (See Attachment 2 – PWS Peterson SFB Satellite TV).

This notice of intent serves as the solicitation. Potential vendors that possess the capabilities to meet the requirements and qualifications in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall respond with confirmation that you are an authorized Dish retailer, location of servicing office, ability to honor or discount the pricing contained in the PWS and comply with the terms and conditions contained in Attachments 1 and 3.

The Government will award a single BPA to the Offeror who has the lowest total evaluated price (TEP). Lowest TEP will be determined by greatest discount provided by any offeror if any. In the event of a tie, same discount offered or no discount, the award will be offered to the closest geographically based location to Peterson SFB, CO 80914.

Notice to Vendor(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice of intent. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the vendor for any costs.
