The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to solicit on a sole-source basis to Precision Filters, Inc. for the (PFI) System 28000 Signal Conditioning System.

NAVAIR Lakehurst has to use this system due to the unique TD4 filter that PFI supplies. This system is also the one currently in use and the one procured must be able to seamlessly be inserted into existing test configurations and be interchangeable with current assets.

NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals. However, if a party believes they can provide this support, they may submit a quote, along with a statement that demonstrates the vendor's technical ability to satisfy the stated requirements, prior to the closing of this announcement, which shall be considered by NAWC-AD LKE. The Government will not pay for any responses in regards to this notice.
