This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Offerors are requested to review the attached documents included as part of the solicitation.

This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small businesses.  Please see the associated NAICS and associated small business size standard.  All offerors are also requested to be within a 400 mile raidus of the Pentagon Reservation.
