This is a pre-solicitation notice for an interested offeror to provide phacoemulsification cataract surgical services for and at the Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico, in accordance to the attach Scope of Work. Services will be provided on a clinic day basis, with a minimum of one clinic day-per month.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Contractor whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will determine the merits of each offer on the basis of (1) its acceptability; (2) its price reasonableness.

The contract will be for one (1) BASE year with three (3) OPTION years.
