This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92240-12-T-8017. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Phantom O2 Mask, Regulators, and Test Equipment. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be be considered by the agency.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 effective 27 August 2012. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office. No direct discussion between the technical representative and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer.

2. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes.
3. Only complete quotes will be considered for award. Any partial quotes will be considered non-responsive. If you have previously, provided a quote please resubmit in accordance with this solicitation. Quotes shall include shipping and transportation costs.
Quotes must be received in Microsoft Word Document, no later than 8:00am 14 September 2012. Quotes received after this time frame will not be considered for award. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
