8.  Description: 

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price type sole source contract to Noble Life Sciences, Inc., 1500 Fannie Dorsey Road, Sykesville, MD, 21784-8213 IAW FAR 19.1506(b). Under this award, the Contractor will complete pre-clinical in-vivo pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics testing of Pyridostigmine Bromide.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals however, responsible Women Owned Small Businesses purporting to have the necessary qualifications with the ability deliver this item must submit official documentation to this fact. Submission instructions are provided below. The Government will retain comments and information received in response to this Special Notice.
