Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Phillips State Prison Chiller Replacement and in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope of work is to furnish and install one new operational 100-ton chiller system at Phillip State Prison. Proper programming of controls by JCI is included in scope. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
