The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is soliciting responses from registered Engineers / Architects interested in providing professional services for the Phillips State Prison – Lock and Control Renovation project. This project will involve the renovation of selected locks (primarily, but not exclusively cell doors) and the electronic security control systems campus wide. New control systems will replace existing graphic and/or logical push button HMIs with touchscreen graphical interfaces. The scope of design services shall include preparation of schematic design and design development documents, estimated construction cost, construction documents.
