Service:           Electrical service

The Pinellas County Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for the performance of   install Electrical installation at the Saint Petersburg Location.

Scope of Work

CRA Project: Phoenix Park Lighting and Power

POWER

PCJCC to provide the only following materials:

•                                                              i.      Three 100 amp three phase NEMA 3R load centers 208/120 volts.

•                                                            ii.      One (1) - Eight (8) pole lighting contactor with weatherproof enclosure

•                                                          iii.      One (1) - Single pole single throw 120 volt time clock (To control lighting contactor coil)

•                                                          iv.      2 - 2 pole 30 amp breakers (for each LC)

•                                                            v.      2 - 2pole 20 amp breakers (for each LC)

•                                                          vi.      4 - single pole 20 amp breakers (for each LC)

SCOPE OF WORK:

Building #8: Power to be pulled off building #8 for Installation of 100amp load center 3 phase 208/120v, contactor and time clock to SW corner of Phoenix Park. This is to accommodate (8) eight 2-head 400watt MH fixtures mounted on concrete light poles. Each pole will be provided with a duplex GFCI receptacle at level to be determined by PCJCC.   Pole spacing will be agreed to between PCJCC and contractor.

Building #6: Install 100amp load center 3 phase 208/120v on exterior wall of electrical room.

Building #5: Install 100amp load center 3 phase 208/120v on block wall built by PCJCC (West side of building #5). Fed from electrical room in building #5.

NOTE: TBD -cameras will be installed on poles. Conduit is needed to be installed on light poles to accommodate wiring. Cost of conduit should also be included separately. Size of conduit TBD.

ALL BIDDERS WILL BE PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIELD INSPECT AND MEASURE THE ABOVE SCOPE OF WORK.
