This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base is seeking oral quotes IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(2) for 18 each 14x17 inch phosphor imaging plates to be used with GE digital x-ray processors (model CR 50 & CR 100). The intended use of the imaging plates are for non destructive testing (NDT). This acquisition was originally posted as a single source solicitation, however other companies replied to the solicitation stating they can provide these items. Due to the new information the single source solicitation was canceled and is now being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System code 334517 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
