Starting on March 20, 2020, Denver Water may be required by regulation to feed phosphoric acid in its treatment process. If it is required, Denver Water will likely issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) with formal delivery and ordering requirements, estimated quantities, and pricing requests. Denver Water has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to determine current market for Vendors offering phosphoric acid in the region, and potential delivery quantities available.
