The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting bids for the Phosphoric Acid for use by the Environmental Operations Dept. at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). Phosphoric acid supplements the operation of the Storm Water Treatment Plant. It is a nutrient source for the activated sludge. The phosphoric acid works in conjunction with the Urea Ammonia Nitrate (UAN) and is injected into the flow box that serves as the entry point to the aeration basins which contains the activated sludge.
