The solicitation number for this acquisition is L16PS01072 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541720. The small business size standard is $20.5 million.
