The Regional Procurement Office, National Capital Region is seeking Photography Services for Camp Allen Marine Base in Norfolk, VA.  These services will be for Marine Corps Birthday Balls, Sporting Events, etc.  This contract will be a joint MCCS/Contractor agreement with a commission based contract.  The services will be for the Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach area.
