Los Angeles Job Corps intend to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an evaluated Firm Fixed Price subcontract for Physical Examination Services, non personal to provide on-site physical exam on adolescent or young adults at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center, 1020 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles which operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center (LAJCC) under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration is requesting proposals to provide a complete entrance physical examination on each student to be conducted by a professional Physician Assistant or Practitioner Nurse licensed in the State of California.  The physical examinations will be provided for no less than four days per month.

The Job Corp assists students in attaining and maintaining optimal health by providing basic on-Center health services related to the health and wellness program.

The RFP will be available on November 9, 2011.  The RFP closing date is scheduled to be on December 16, 2011.  Actual dates will be identified in the RFP.
