The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for a Physiologic Analyzer and associated components as listed below setting brand name or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is FM 282380590014. The requirement consists of the following items:
Physiologic Analyzer, which includes 36 channel circumferential manometry, high resolution esophageal catheter w/36 sensors at 1mm spacing and 4.2mm diameter, 36 sensors at 1cm spacing, data acquisition and analysis software to include 1 free year of software upgrades, on-site installation, 17â LCD touch screen monitor, must use disposable sheath, system cart with built-in auto-calibration chamber and isolation transformer, 52x speed CD read/writer, 1200 dpi color inkjet printer, 256 megabyte portable memory card (data key), 10 samples of disposable catheter sheaths, anorectal software package consisting of 1 acquisition and 1 analysis module, and high resolution anorectal catheter w/12 channel circumferential solid-state catheter probe, average procedure time 10 minutes, FDA approved, available for immediate delivery, two service manuals and two operators manuals .
