(v) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item(s):

0001: 3 month lease with option to buy of a high powered pulsed laser system 1(EA)

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This requirement is for a three (3) month lease of a high powered pulsed laser with the option to purchase laser at the end of lease period. The laser must meet the following technical specifications:
- Wavelength between 1000 and 1200nm
- Pulse duration of <20ps
- Pulse energy of at least 10uJ
- Repetition rate controllable from single pulse up to >1kHz
- M2 of laser beam <1.5
- Turnkey in that laser pulses of the required specification should be obtained from the laser as supplied without internal optical alignment or further assembly (except for connectorized electrical cabling, fiber optics or cooling lines).

Desirable specifications:
- Wavelength of 1064nm
- Footprint of the laser head no larger than 500x350mm
The proposed product(s) must include a minimum one year manufacturer's warranty.

(vii) FOB Destination for delivery to NIST, 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado 80305. NIST will pay for the shipping cost using the NIST shipping account.
