Electronic proposals for the ATH-WEST UNION STREET Project, ODOT PID 108672, City Project #322, will be received by the City of Athens, Ohio, through http://www.bidexpress.com until 10:00 AM on April 21, 2023. At that time, the electronic proposals will be downloaded and read aloud at the City Building, 8 East Washington Street, Athens Ohio. The project includes 0.9 miles of widening, milling and overlay, and full depth reconstruction of West Union Street and Herrold Avenue, including new storm sewer, waterline, sanitary sewer force main, curb and gutter, sidewalk, multi-use path, and lighting in the City of Athens.
