This is a presolicitation for pipe: 300 inches of 6" seamless Corrosion Resistant (CRES) pipe. Pipe will be noncommercial Level 1 Material, stainless steel Schedule 160, manufactured to Specification MIL-P-24691. Specifications will be released when the solicitation is posted. This pipe will undergo stringent ultrasonic testing procedures.

Full pipe specifications will be available on or around 03/06/2017 under solicitation N39040-17-R-0016.

This requirement will NOT be a small business set-aside; a full-and-open solicitation will be issued.
