This is a presolicitation for pipe: 900 inches of 8" pipe. Pipe will be noncommercial Level 1 Material, stainless steel Schedule 120, manufactured to MIL-P-24691. Specifications will be released when the solicitation is posted. This pipe will undergo stringent ultrasonic testing procedures.
Full pipe specifications will be available on or around 02/14/2017 under solicitation N39040-17-R-0015.
This requirement will not be a 100% small business set-aside.
