OVERVIEW: Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Columbus Technical College to establish a one-time purchase with one authorized supplier who will provide them with a Piranha P90 Hydraulic Ironworker (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Columbus Technical College is seeking an authorized supplier that can provide them with a Piranha P90 Hydraulic Ironworker to replace their existing P70 Piranha Ironworker. No substitutions will be considered for this purchase. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the requested items and must submit an itemized quote.
