The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Competency 5.3 requires the acquisition of parts and hole punches for Piranha P-50 Ironworker, manufactured by Mega Manufacturing Inc. Please see attachment for list of required parts. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Mega Manufacturing Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333513 (size standard 500), and PSC code is 3341. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
