The scope of work includes providing engineering consulting services to prepare and review project alternatives to the preferred project, the Delta Tunnel, and develop the preferred project to preliminary design level. The deliverables for the project will support preparation of an EIR under a future professional services contract. Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019.
