DHS is seeking services and support to maintain and enhance our recently implemented Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Platform. The DHS PPBE Platform is called OneNumber, however, the software used for the underlying system is OneStream XF. The intention of this project is to provide the ability to extend the OneNumber System to our Component agencies for their own PPBE Process. DHS will continue to own and retain the software code and configuration using the previously selected OneStream XF software and our related data. The system provides consistent, accurate, and timely decision support data and tools that streamlines major recurring resource procedures and enhances stakeholder product delivery and reporting. DHS developed a draft Statement of Objectives included with this RFI and intends to use the responses as part of our market research. This RFI seeks industry insight into current and potential capabilities. Also, DHS is seeking industry’s perspective on system hosting at the DHS Data Center versus commercial cloud environment. It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that the Government will use RFI responses to develop a future procurement for these capabilities.
