The United State Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Philips Medical Systems, N.A., 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothel, WA 98021 for preventative maintenance agreement (PMA) for the following model number/serial number and quantity: M/N 470359/ S/N 10000709 - Qty 1ea. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for the PMA service. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the Government by 12:00 PM mountain time, 2 Mar 12, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
